I am pleased that you are learning more about the Trinity Health Foundation and how you may partner with us to positively impact lives by improving health and wellness. We are honored and blessed that Trinity Health Foundation is a vehicle many people, businesses, grantors and organizations use to make a difference in the region we serve.
It is the generosity of our donors that provides financial assistance and programs for patients, equipment and facility upgrades, and continuing education and training which enables staff members to provide the best care. The gifts we receive also provide home-like accommodations that offer comfort to patients and loved ones during times when medical care is needed. We hope that you enjoy this website and learning about what the donations of supporters have accomplished.
However, while these achievements have been wonderful, we recognize that there is so much more that needs to be done. With the assistance of our partners we can continue to change and save lives.
There are so many opportunities on the horizon for us to work together, including the construction of a new hospital and medical park. Your engagement in the present and future initiatives on which Trinity Health Foundation is working will enable people to receive the best care possible.
We are truly grateful for the support we receive and hope that you will partner with us to Build the Future together.

On behalf of Trinity Health Foundation we would like to thank everyone who partnered with us during our last fiscal year, July 1, 2016 – June 30, 2017, to positively improve the lives of people in our area.
